BOOKING

Find your preferred tour, select the relevant transport, date and quantity, click 'Book' and continue to the payment page. You are all set for your trip!

Confirmation times vary depending on the activities. Most activities are either instantly confirmed or confirmed within 24 hours.

You will receive a booking confirmation email with your e-voucher attached. It will also be accessible within your account on the website.

Please first check your Spam folder. If confirmation email still cannot be found, you can contact us at contact@tweaktrip.com.

Yes, our drivers will pick you up anywhere within the cities covered. Please indicate the hotel and address during booking for our drivers to locate you accurately.

Use the “Customise” trip feature for tours with special pickup locations.

You can specify the start time for your tour and our drivers will pick you up accordingly. For trips that are outside the city, we recommend you to start early at around 7-8 AM.

PAYMENT

TweakTrip displays activity prices in a number of currencies including USD, HKD, SGD, TWD, EUR, GBP and more which you can change using the currency drop down menu. However, we currently only accept transactions in SGD (excluding AMEX card).

You may choose to pay by credit/debit card, or PayPal.

All bookings require an upfront deposit to ensure commitment and confirmation from both client and driver.

Unfortunately our physical office does not serve as a ticketing office.

The issue is likely to be caused by one of the following situations:

  • If TweakTrip website is working fine, but upon clicking 'Pay', the page does not load
    • Please refresh the page, or try again later.
  • Your card is rejected
    • Please try a different card. Most common bank cards are accepted but please note that we only accept Visa or MasterCard.
  • You have chosen PayPal as the payment method using your credit card and you are being forced to sign up as a PayPal member
    • Unfortunately the actions of PayPal are out of our control, we advise you to sign up for PayPal in order to pay.

CHANGES & REFUNDS

It usually takes 5 - 10 business days for you to receive the refund in your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please email us at contact@tweaktrip.com.

Please email contact@tweaktrip.com and we will do our best to make the necessary changes for you.

First, please check the cancellation details of your activity to see if you are eligible for a refund.

Then email us at contact@tweaktrip.com and we will help process your request.

GENERAL INQUIRY

Our customize tour feature uses algorithmic technology to provide you the optimal tour route with the lowest price.

Our price includes driver’s service fee, fuel cost, highway toll and parking fee, which are different for every tour.

Our professional drivers are not licensed tour guides. Under state laws and regulations, they will not provide services of a guide.

In the rare case that you are not able to find your driver, please contact our customer support hotline.

An overtime fee applies if total duration of the booked trip is exceeded. Overtime fee differs for each vehicle.

Please refer to individual activity information for the overtime fee rates.

Gratuity/tip is optional, but we recommend 10% if the driver’s service is good!

If there is any dispute on payment that cannot be resolved directly with the driver, please contact our customer hotline.

Yes, we do have private bus charter for corporate bookings and groups of up to 30 people. Kindly email us at contact@tweaktrip.com for quotation.

ACCOUNT SETTINGS

You can sign up using your email address or via Facebook log in.

Log into our website, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner, then select 'Settings'.

Enter your current password, and the preferred new password.

Visit our website, click 'Log In', then 'Forgot Password'.

Enter the email address that you used to create your TweakTrip account and we will send you a link to reset your password.
